This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate suitable action as against the fourth respondent to shift the school from the building bearing D.No.13/7, Chinnaiar Street, Meenakshi Nagar, Villapuram, Madurai - 625 012 to a pucca building, in compliance of Code of Regulations for Approved Nursery and Primary Schools in Tamilnadu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that action has been taken and the school mentioned above has already been shifted to some other place and produced a copy of the proceedings dated 07.06.2015, issued by the second respondent.
