Heard Mr.V.Rajiv Rufus, learned counsel for Revision Petitioner and Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for Respondent.

Mr.V.Rajiv Rufus, learned counsel for Revision Petitioner, would submit that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the criminal revision case against the order dated 15.04.2025, passed by Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur in Crl.M.P.No. 19 of 2024 in C.C.No.26 of 2023.

3. Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate for Respondent, has stated that he has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 106 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
