This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Learned District cum Munsif Magistrate of Aathoor Dindigul to number the petition in S.O.P.No. Of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court below has refused to number the case by mentioning two citations AIR 1989 ORISSA 236 and AIR 1997 MADHYA PRADESH 196. He would further submit that the above two said citations are not applicable to the present case.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to file a compliance report explaining how the said judgment is not applicable to the present case. If any compliance report is filed, the Court below shall decide the issue on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
