This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action against the third respondent for causing nuisance as well as making the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

drainage waste oil mixed water to be collected in the petitioner's residential property and also furnish the information as regards to the earlier legal action taken against the third respondent in this regard to the petitioner which was sought for under Right to Information Act, in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2011 forthwith.

2.Since the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2013, due to passage of time, no direction can be given as such. However, it is open to the petitioner to make fresh representation, if he is still aggrieved and the authority concerned shall deal with the same in accordance with law. 3.The writ petition is closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
