Respondents Prayer: The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.29767/2012/C1, dated 14.06.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders as per Rule 83 (1)(1A (a)) of the Tamil Nadu Cinema Regulation Rules, 1957, on the application preferred by the petitioner on 12.10.2012 within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 14.06.2013, which is a communication sent by the District Collector on the basis of the recommendation of the District Revenue Officer regarding fixation of the maximum and minimum price in a cinema theatres subject to the approval of the Government. In fact it is only a recommendation, which has been forwarded to the Government and hence, the petitioner cannot have any grievance for the same and it is not a final order. In such view of the matter, the Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
