*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks a direction for restoration of water channel flowing from North to South in Alagiyapandiyapuram Village, Thovaloi Taluk, Kanyakumari District. All that the writ petitioner wanted is the implementation of the proceedings dated 11.06.2010, issued by the first respondent. The Writ petitioner had submitted a representation dated 08.07.2013 in this regard. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2. This Court directs the first respondent to initiate action on the writ petitioner's representation for removal of the encroachment said to have been committed by a third party. The first respondent shall enforce the order passed on 11.06.2010 in Na.Ka.M2/16865/2010, within a period of three months. Of course in view of the lapse of time, notice shall be issued to the concerned party before taking any further action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
