ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse 50 % of the petitioner's son's terminal benefits such as gratuity, GPF leave surrender arrears of pay and all other retirement benefits to the petitioner and remaining 50% to petitioner's grandson, based on petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive mandamus and considering the fact that the petitioner has also made a representation on 08.10.2025 for the very same reason, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
