This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents herein to re-fix the pay scale of the petitioner in the light of Na.Ka.No.924/1998 dated 28.12.1998 with consequently monetary benefits based on the petitioners representation dated 25.08.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 25.08.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
