ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take follow up action for removal of encroachment on the basis of the report in Na.Ka.No.11685/08 dated 16.06.2008 sent by the second respondent to the third respondent. 2.It is stated in the counter affidavit that the Public Works Department is taking action to remove encroachments and preliminary legal notices have also been issued to the encroachers. 3.In view of the above, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
