O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to survey and mark boundaries in respect of the petitioner's landed property situated at Survey No.87/3A1, to an extent of 5 cents at Thirupparakundram Village, Madurai South Taluk and District in Patta No.2477 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 16.07.2013 to the first respondent requesting to survey the aforementioned petitioner's property in terms of the title deeds and she has also paid necessary fee. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above stated prayer.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2013, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
