The above petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (ii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.

17575 of 2025 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent is allowed today, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers and post the main appeal on 10.03.2026.
