ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner for appointment for the post of BT Assistant in History under the recruitment process conducted by the second respondent.

2. It is seen that the petitioner, who participated in the recruitment process by writing the examination, was not selected due to the reason that he has obtained the Degree in reverse order.

3. Whether such persons are entitled to be considered for recruitment to the respective posts or not had already been considered and decided against those persons in W.A.No.805 of 2014, dated 06.08.2014.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered against the petitioner in the above said decision made by the Honourable Division Bench.

5. Considering the above stated submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed by following the order made in W.A.No.805 of 2014, dated 06.08.2014. No costs.
