O R D E R

The petitioner asserts that his grandfather, Appavu Nadar, had 20 acres of land at Thiruvattar village and that such lands were divided and given to his legal heirs later. According to the petitioner, the said legal heirs, including the petitioner, are undertaking cultivation on the lands and that a Viniyoga Pathram had been issued to them by the Bhoodan Board. Since the fourth respondent endeavoured to interfere with the petitioner's possession and cultivation, after submitting representations dated 07.10.2025 and 16.10.2025, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for 2/4

respondents 2 to 4. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the representation and pass orders on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 07.10.2025 and 16.10.2025 within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
