ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 09.06.2025 for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate in the petitioner's name in respect of the deceased Nagasundaram within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. According to the petitioner, his representation for issuance of legal heir certificate has not been considered. Hence, he has approached this court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2025 is considered by the respondents on its own merits and in accordance with law. 2/5

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
