ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to publish the notice in the Tender Bulletin or to send the same to the petitioner in respect of the maintenance work order, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the authorities intend to commence the tender process, and the same will be carried out through paper publication and by issuing personal notice to the tenderers.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
