O R D E R
The Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 22.07.2013, made to the respondents and directing the third respondent herein to implement his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.27/12, dated 26.12.2012.
2. According to the petitioner, he is a Multi System Operator under the first respondent to provide clean and uninterrupted signal to the local Cable TV Operators and he has been carrying on the business as Multi System Operator for the past 15 years under licence along with his son A.Kumar. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation to the respondents on 22.07.2013 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.
3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2013, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
