This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the complaint of one Valli, who is the first wife of the petitioner's husband, the respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending and that the same would be completed within a period of one week.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of one
