ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2.

2. It is seen that the second respondent had already issued the notification calling for applications for appointment of trustees for the petition mentioned temple. The petitioner is one of the applicants.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the application will be considered and the trustees will be appointed as per provisions of the Tamil Nadu HR & CE Act.

4. Recording the stand of the department, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
