ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the registering authority to cancel the petition mentioned documents. Since Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908 has been struck down, such a relief cannot be granted. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for getting the relief now sought for.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
