The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that O.S.No.431 of 2013 is pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul and they will abide by the decree of the civil suit. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondents are not interfering with the civil disputes. 4.In view of the above, the writ petition is closed.
