Today, when the matter is taken-up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that as against the impugned order the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the District Revenue Officer concerned and that has also been disposed of. In fact, in respect of the very same issue, there is a suit pending in O.S.No.232 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Karur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands closed making it clear that the parties will abide by the outcome of the suit pending between the parties. No costs.
