This Civil Revision Petition challenging the order of the Rent Control Authority and the Appellate Authority, came up for admission on 18.11.2025 but however, even before the said date namely 12.11.2025, possession has been taken and the property has been delivered to the respondent and the execution petition has been terminated.

2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous and accordingly, it is closed as no further adjudication is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
