ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court during the pendency of the writ petition, the departmental disciplinary actions were initiated against the 7th respondent. In fact, in letter dated 25.08.2015 issued by the Office of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Madurai Range, Madurai, it is stated that the charges were framed and the departmental disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the 7th respondent.
