This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.B2/2962/2010 dated 14.10.2010 and direct the first respondent to renew and register the petitioner's Brick Kiln (Quarrying Brick) in Survey No.7/3B, Periyakulam Group, Sayalkudi, Kadalady Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the prayer sought for, in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also handed over the bundle to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submissions, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition, as nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
