..Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 3 and 4 herein to sponsor the name of the petitioner under the SCA (ICM-Priority Category) for the post of Graduate Assistant (Zoology) and consequently directing the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to appoint the petitioner as Graduate Assistant (Zoology) under the SCA (ICM-Priority) Category among the existing 294 vacancies now available with the 2nd respondent department as per the petitioner's seniority vide Employment Registration No. W/3202/03/96 dated 28/10/2003.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 3 and 4 herein to sponsor the name of the petitioner under the SCA(ICMPriority Category) for the post of Graduate Assistant (Zoology) and consequently directing the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appoint the petitioner as Graduate Assistant (Zoology) under the SCA (ICM-Priority) Category among the existing 294 vacancies now available with the 2nd respondent department as per the petitioner's seniority vide Employment Registration No. W/3202/03/96 dated 28/10/2003.

2. It is represented by the learned Government advocate appearing for the respondents that after filing this writ petition, the petitioner was appointed as Graduate Assistant (Zoology) and a copy of the order, dated 19.12.2011, has also been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
