ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the complain given by the petitioner, which was registered in CSR No.516/2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent by considering his representation dated 21.10.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to forthwith communicate the result of enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of 2/4
