The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the appeal, challenging the judgment passed in C.C.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, dated 06.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Considering the quantum of delay and the reasons assigned, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
