ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to grant permission for conducting the Adal Padal Cultural program scheduled on 31.10.2025, in pursuance to the 118 Anniversary of Pasumpon Muthuramalingam Thevar at Keelaikudi Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai Distirct, by considering his representation dated 27.10.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation has been considered and permission has been granted for conducting the program on 03.11.2025 instead of 31.10.2025, subject to certain conditions.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the permission granted, no further orders are required. 2/4

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the order to the petitioner forthwith.
