O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed complaining that the wife of the petitioner had been missing on and from 20.08.2025. In this connection, a complaint had been lodged on 15.10.2025, consequent to which, FIR in Crime No.94 of 2025 had been registered under the caption 'woman missing'.

2. Today, the detenue had been produced before us. She stated that she is prepared to go back with the petitioner herein/her husband. The petitioner is also present. We have handed over the custody of the detenue to him. No further orders are required.
