The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.9463 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by a proceedings dated 02.12.2025. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
