Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court, by an order dated 15.12.2025 in Tr.CMP (MD) No. 615 of 2025, had disposed of the said transfer petition. He further submitted that the parties had only filed a joint memo, wherein they mutually agreed to transfer the case in S.M.O.P. No. 581 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Theni, to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. However, in the order dated 15.12.2025 in Tr.CMP (MD) No. 615 of 2025, it was inadvertently stated that the parties had filed a joint compromise memo and that S.M.O.P. No. 581 of 2023 was ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the District Judge, Thoothukudi, instead of Family Court, Madurai. Hence, he prays this Court to rectify the said error and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to wherever the words 'learned District Judge, Thoothukudi' appeared in the order made in Tr.CMP.(MD).No.615 of 2025 1/3

dated 15.12.2025 and replace the same with the words 'Family Court, Madurai' and also delete the word ''had arrived at a compromise, and in that regard, they had filed a joint compromise memo on 15.12.2025'' in the third line line of Para.1 and replace the same by adding the words ''had filed a joint memo on 15.12.2025'', in the order made in Tr.CMP.(MD).No.615 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025.

4. Registry is directed to rectify the above error in the order made in Tr.CMP.(MD).No.615 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025 and issue fresh order copy immediately.
