This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply the orders of this Court dated 26.09.2025 passed in CMP(MD).No.16086 of 2025 in CRP(MD).No.2745 of 2025. In the said order this Court had directed to deposit conditional amount. After the expiry of the period, there is no question of extension of time. As the stay granted expires on the day when the condition is failed to be exercised. Therefore, there is no question of extension of time.

2. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
