O R D E R

The relief sought for is a direction to direct the respondent to pay the encashment of unearned leave on private affairs for a period of 90 days to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent states that the similar issue was already decided by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the matter was taken by way of an appeal in SLP.Nos..23510 to 23513 of 2016 and the same is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. It is needless to mention that if any order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in these appeals, then the case of the writ petitioner also to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considered in accordance with the order to be passed by the

Hon'ble Apex Court of India.

2.In this view of the matter, at this point of time no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
