The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the second respondent from compelling the petitioner to execute a sale deed in favour of the third respondent in respect of her property and consequently direct the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's family.
2. It is now represented by the second respondent that the very CSR Petition has been closed. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the report submitted by the Inspector of Police.
