Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus and call for the records relating to the order No. Pen.10/1/11008364/1213/ADK/002 dated 13.12.2012 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to revise and refix the pension of the petitioner at Rs.2,529/- with effect from 01.08.1992 and make consequent pension revisions w.e.f. 01.01.1996 and 01.01.2006 and disburse the arrears of Gratuity of Rs.83,457/- and Commutation value of Pension of Rs.1,05,814/- as claimed in the application dated 12.09.2012.
