[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 03.12.2024 passed in W.P(MD) No.9385 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.12.2024 has been complied with by the Special Tahsildar, Adi Drivida Welfare, Madurai, vide proceedings in e.f.vz;. 127/2023/m, dated 07.11.2025.

3.Recording the same, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt petition and the same stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 07.11.2025, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
