By alleging that the survey No.459/3 was unlawfully subdivided during the UDR and that pattas were mutated in favour of third parties without legal justification, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 22.06.2021 to the respondents. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. By referring to page 30 of the typeset, he submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer has called for a report in this regard from the Tahsildar. He submits further that the District Revenue Officer would pass orders on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties concerned.

3. In these circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for correction of alleged UDR errors after providing a reasonable opportunity to the 2/4

petitioner, pattadars and any other persons interested in the property. A speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
