PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to include the period of incarceration undergone during the course of trial in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) Pudukottai and revise the total period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner.

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to include the period of incarceration undergone during the course of trial in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) Pudukottai and revise the total period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted request made by the petitioner was already considered by communication dated 03.11.2025 that the period which was already undergone by the petitioner from 10.10.2018 to 02.08.2019 has been included in the total period of incarceration of 10 years and that period has now been set off.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition(Crl.) stands closed. No costs.
