When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of letter addressed to him dated 05.02.2015 wherein it is stated that the petitioner is not in possession and enjoyment of the property, though he had "B" memo receipt for Fasli 1396, 1397, 1398 and the entire land is covered with full of prosofile trees which are more than 30 years old and after removing the same, the petitioner wants to cultivate the land but his request could not be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner aggrieved against any order that is to be passed, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
