O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 14.05.2025 and patta No.1349, the petitioner had applied online on 09.06.2025 for a survey of land in survey Nos.231/11 and 231/14. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. In the affidavit in support of this Writ Petition, it is stated that the fourth respondent, who is not connected with the property, has attempted to disturb the petitioner's possession thereof.

3. In view thereof, the Tahsildar should issue notice to the fourth 2/5

respondent and consider his objections before taking a decision. On account of this direction, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and owners of relevant adjacent lands. A decision shall be taken after considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. For avoidance of doubt, it is made clear that the parties should be relegated to the jurisdictional civil court if there is a credible title dispute. On the other hand, a boundary dispute may be decided by the revenue officials. No costs.
