The petitioner has come to this Court, challenging the correctness of the impugned order dated 17.09.2010 in Na.Ka.No.56023/2010.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the Writ petition, unfortunately, the Writ petitioner died on 16.09.2015.
3.In view of the said submission, this Writ petition stands abated. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
