(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from in any way opening or allowing the TASMAC Shop No.5116 near Ayyappaswamy temple Door No.27/2 Alagarkovil Main Road, K.Pudur, Madurai.

2.It is averred in the Commissioner's report that the said TASMAC Shop No.5116 does not come within the prohibited distance and therefore, no further adjudication is required. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently the conducted M.P. Is also dismissed.
