PRAYER :- To cancel the order of bail made in Cr.M.P.No.577 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the 2nd respondent herein/accused in Cr.M.P.No.577 of 2025 by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri on 07.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent police.

3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner/de-facto complainant that, while the learned trial Judge was hearing the 2nd respondent/accused's bail application on 07.10.2025, it was incorrectly reported before the Court that the injured had been discharged from the hospital. However, the injured was actually discharged only on 09.10.2025.

4. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent herein/accused has not violated any of the conditions imposed by the trial Court. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of this petition. 2/4

5. Considering the fact that the contention of the de-facto complainant is on flimsy ground, the present petition seeking cancellation of bail is not liable to be considered.
