ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) BNS Act, (379 of IPC) and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals(Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.133 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. . The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
