This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by one Prabhurajan, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner however would submit that even as on 01.08.2025, summons was issued by the third respondent for appearance of the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would fairly submit that he would instruct the respondents not to call the petitioner for enquiry, if the complaint has already been closed.

5. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
