ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on his representation dated 13.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 30.10.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
