This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 4 to 8 herein to take action against the ninth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that pursuant to initiation of departmental proceedings, a charge memo has already been issued against the ninth respondent and therefore, departmental proceedings would be completed within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed.

No costs.
