This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the final report in C.C.No.618 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, which was filed for the offences under Section 392 of IPC.

2. During the course of arguments, when this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the case has been pending from 2023, the learned learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, shall consider the expeditious disposal of the case.
