This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order of the third respondent dated 24.03.2011 passed in Na.Ka.No.435/11 jcjpF in respect of planning and building permit for construction of flats in S.No.239/2 Nanjikottai Village Thanjavur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is no more and the petition may be closed as infructuous, by granting liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief, if required.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is closed as having become infructuous with liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
