M/s.M.Aasha Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(c ) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.14962 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 2, 5, 7, 9 & 10 are women and hence, they were not able to comply with the conditions. He further submitted that the petitioners 2, 5, 7, 9 & 10 are ready to report before the respondent police. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition. 2/5

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have not been complying with the condition..

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.14962 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025, is modified and the petitioners 1, 3, 4, 6 and 8 shall stay at Rameshwaram, and report before the Inspector of Police, Rameshwaram Temple Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 2, 5, 7, 9 and 10 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
